Walked and tried to say hi to the lady l, she first asked if I had cosmetology license and I asked her for products and brand and showed her the picture and she said NO First I need to see the ID. I feel like there was no professionalism and rude with attitude. Her is Lisa and never coming here again. Do not recommend people come here. Not Even 1 star review it’s less than this.

I would like to leave a better review just because of The Colony location since the staff there is wonderful but unfortunately I have to give a worse review since the owner of these locations does not take care of the salons in their area. I've been in my suite for almost 5 years and have had 5 different reps. Unfortunately the current rep does not think our location is important enough to come. I have never even met her and she has been the rep for 2 years. Instead I and everyone from my suites has to drive to the colony on Mondays. Unfortunately they don't get their truck, which is never stocked well, until later in the week. If they are not going to send us a rep I wish they would send more product to the colony location since that is where we have to drive to.

The lady with dark blonde hair was super helpful and even saved a product for me that was low stock, even though I didn’t end up getting it. Wish they were in stock for the barbicide wipes.
