Came in as a walk in tour a two bedroom unit. Elizabeth is amazing to tour. Love her vibe. She even assisted me with the application process. She was very patient.

I don't often leave reviews but I feel that I have an obligation to warn people about this place so that they do not make the same mistake that I did by choosing Creekside 121.I lived here for just one year before moving out. The office staff were horrible to work with, constantly turning over. You could go in there every week and a new person who just started would be in the office. Maintenance requests would go left untouched for months, and the police are constantly there for one thing or another. There were constant domestic disputes, cars being broken into, or some other reason that made this an extremely unsafe place to live. The gate worked for 1 month total out of the 12 I lived there so it was an open invitation for anyone to get in.This place is also extremely loud. From rude neighbors to pigs (yes, this is not a typo. some of the residents have pet pigs) to being right next to the highway, you will not get any peace and quiet anytime you are home. I can't tell you how many times I was woken up to people screaming or fighting outside or in apartments near me.Maintenance people were nice but I could never get my requests taken care of in a timely manner. I could not flush my toilet due to a part breaking and it took them 3 weeks to send somebody out. I couldn't go without being able to use my toilet so I just fixed it myself while waiting on them. Another maintenance request took them over 3 months to send someone out to look at. They use the same maintenance people for multiple different complexes so it's not their fault but the fault of poor and cheap management. The office also will randomly remove privileges, such as the pool, from the entire community for other people screwing up. Around the 4th of July, they banned everyone in the complex from the pool because some people weren't following the rules. How are you going to say I can't use the pool when I am paying for it and was not one of the groups of people who were causing issues? Why not punish those who were causing problems? That would make too much sense. When I went to move out, I found out that they charge you a flat cleaning fee regardless of how clean you leave the place so don't bother cleaning before you turn your keys over. You might as well save your time and energy knowing they're going to take your deposit anyways. I tried disputing this but was more or less brushed off saying that it's in the lease (after waiting 3 weeks for a reply).Overall, this place is loud, dangerous, dirty, and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want to be miserable for the entirety of your lease.

This complex has been through so many employees I don’t know many people anymore. May, and the maintenance guys are super nice and extremely helpful. The assistant manager is amazing too. However, it seems upper management has no idea what it is doing which is usually why properties fail. We pay for valet trash this littered around the complex and is hardly ever picked up, 2 vendors in 5 months of living here. Not to mention the package room is a mess with packages just out to be stolen and you can’t elect to have it not be used as amazon and everyone else drops off there. There are package lockers but they’ve not been activated for weeks. The previous management canceled the contract with package service so they took the iPad (pic shown) and was not able to get access into the package room. Had to basically break in to get in the room where my package was stolen for the 3rd time in less than a year. Also my agent who moved me in never put in my insurance so I paid 15 dollars extra each month (6 months) before they said I didn’t have any but my leasing agent who no longer works there did it wrong and had the wrong info but yet I only got 1 month credited back. I will not be renewing my lease as this place is disgusting and not cared for by the property owners and they just fire people left and right and violate everyone’s lease agreements left and right. Don’t be fooled by the price, live some where else.

If I could give this complex less than a one star, I definitely would. I’ll follow this up with pictures because If I just stated this, you wouldn’t believe me. So my daughter has lived there for almost a year now. Well last Monday, 11/27, her apartment flooded, due to another neighbor, who lives above her, trying to be a master plumber and breaking a pipe. It flooded her apartment and messed up other units as well. She wasn’t home when it happened, and the mgmt never contacted her. If it wasn’t for a neighbor who contacted her, she wouldn’t have known. She gets home and there’s all sorts of dehumidifiers and fans running like it was some sweatshop in a third world country. She can’t get the office to call her back. No one responds to anything. And when she goes to the office, they were anything but helpful. But wait, there’s more. They’re refusing to cover any of the damages and state that it’s still livable. The temps are in the 80s with a 100% humidity. It was like she lived in my homeland of India or something. She is having to pay for an extended stay hotel and just come and try to figure stuff out on her own. They are anything but helpful. They are actuallly quite rude. They really need to fire everyone who works in the office, or at the very least, give them some customer service classes. But let me show y’all the Mickey Mouse repairs they are considering to be a job well done. Even I, who couldn’t do anything close to handyman like could do a much better job. I can’t believe that this sort of stuff happens in 2023, in an apt complex as large as this one. How about yall tell me what you think. These are the repairs that are being done atm. Kudos to the 4 year olds that did this work. And just as a footnote, don’t ever ever consider this to be an apartment that you’d want to live in. Two thumbs and big toes down. Just say NO!

I am writing this review after waiting for 12 days with multiple emergency maintenance tickets, phone calls as well as personal visit to the office. During the rain, week before last, water started dripping from my ceiling through the fan & light fixture as well as other areas around it (please see attached videos and pictures). I immediately switched off the fan and light as it could cause fire. I had to place buckets all around my living room as the water was soaking the carpet. I raised a maintenance request hoping it being an emergency (fire hazard/life threatening situation) someone will help next morning. I called maintenance next day and they acknowledged it being an emergency and raised it with the onsite maintenance team. I waited for a day and half and called maintenance again since no one showed up. They informed me that someone has closed the ticket so they opened another emergency request. Over the weekend Alicia from the office was kind enough to respond to my email and called me informing that roofers/maintenance would come in as soon rain will stop. It has been 9 days since rain stopped and no one showed the curtesy to show up at my apartment or do anything about it. It is expected to rain again this week and I have yet to see anyone do anything about it. I am living in Creekside121 since February 2020. The quality of these apartments specially maintenance has substantially dropped. There were always maintenance issues but this new management have gone step ahead risking resident's lives, misbehaving when you go to office and show concern. All they want you to see the artificially decorated front office. I am sure all residents will confirm the unreasonable increase in charges against so called amenities and services, which are of very poor quality, mostly of the time not in working condition. I hope after this review someone will reach out and help.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance does not care whatsoever and will say your issues are "resolved" without ever coming to your apartment! The garbage situation is terrible and there's essentially a raccoon infestation due to it. The 'gate' is constantly open, welcoming everyone and anyone who wants to come in. Not to mention, the occasional gun shots that you better get used to. Point being, do not move here!

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years but now this place is the worst. When I first moved here this community was great. The area of course is perfect, the neighbors are quiet and the area was very safe for the most part. Recently this apartment complex has taken on new management (Related Management). The amount of low income tenants has gone up drastically and that has seriously degraded the quality of the community drastically. Also the new office staff are very rude, condescending and outright nasty in regards to customer service. The manager, if she is the manager, has no compassion and a huge lack of common decency when dealing with paying customers. She is rude, condescending, and I felt a very strong prejudiced energy coming from her. The trash compactor that we pay for in our rent is constant out of service and the trash pickup service barely makes their rounds. The gate that protects this community from intruders is never working, they have also hired a new tow service that practices shady towing tactics. Please be careful and weigh all of your options before choosing this community. It is high priced and you do not get the service you would expect for such high prices.

I had an incredible experience with Meyomi during my process. She was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, addressing all my needs promptly and with a friendly attitude. The property itself is truly exceptional; I felt right at home from the moment I moved in. The move-in process was a breeze, thanks to the efficiency of the management team. They made it quick and easy, which was a pleasant surprise. Moreover, any maintenance issues were promptly resolved after Related Management took over. Overall, my experience has been fantastic, and Meyomi and the property management team have played a significant role in making it so enjoyable.

Rats, trash everywhere, loud neighborhood, horrible management, excessive fees and front office are not helpful at all when you have a concern. They do not help you with your billing questions and just want to send things to collections. Definitely not worth what they are asking for price wise . I had zero deposit when I moved into this place & charged me for moving out and having to get the space ready for the next people like blinds and painting the raggedy bath tub . They don’t make any real repairs they just lipstick everything. I had flooding from the breezeway that sat in my apartment multiple days and they did not want to move me units when the walls were rotted it in molded. Horrible place to live.

Scheduled a tour on Sunday (8/13/23) and met with Alicia. She was very welcoming & answered all my questions. She was very professional, informative & knowledgeable. My concerns were easily put to rest. The complex was beautiful and had a family-friendly environment. I’m so happy I decided to tour them & it was a beautiful day so that was a plus! I recommend seeing Alicia, she will make you feel right at home! Thanks Creekside 121!
