I love this place! I bought the laneige foam wash and it cleanses my face. I highly recommend to use laneige for any type of face even sensitive. I came with my daughter here and the customer service was awesome! She was so nice, and when I bought the membership, she gave us a free bag and some free laneige packets! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!

After being a loyal customer of Aritaum Carrollton for years and spending money here on Sulwhasoo cushions, I’d never come back here. No returns or exchanges allowed for makeup even with a receipt and less of 2 days of purchase. It doesn’t matter if you get a skin reaction to the makeup.. no returns or exchanges for makeup from the owner herself.

Customer service is bad here, the younger lady was really nice, helpful, sweet but her English not soo good but the older skinny lady she's soo lazy don't want to help and gave a bad attitude. Spend several hundreds here and i asked her to wrap the shampoo set she replied "I don't have time" lmaoo really? Store was dead no customers and she soo lazy. What kinda service is that?? Dont want to sell products or assist why be at the shop for?? Bought 2 sets of skincare and asked for assistance she say she dont know and then ask for samples she say dont have any?? Omg, will not recommend or return to this lazy shop workers with not good customer service. No wonder the shop is dead no customers buying products.

Usual Aritaum place. They don't have samples though, which I thought a bit odd. The lady that works there came off a bit standoffish at first, but when my husband came around with our baby she really lightened up. All in all, not bad. Also, to the reviewer who said she's rude to non-Korean people, I'm Korean, so I wouldn't take it personally. I think that's just how she comes off. :)

Cater to your need and will give you lots of sample with your purchase. The boxes they put up are just display not for purchase. They don’t like you touching the boxes or taking them to show them. Just point it. They will take care of all.Want a good experience? Get a basket place something in the basket.I think they fear of you not purchasing and wasting their time.

Located in the Hmart! Great customer service! I got so many samples without even asking for them when I purchased items!Place is very clean! My only complaint is that there was not as much of a selection as other Aritaum locations and it is very hard to find if you have it in maps!

the company - Sulwhasoo is a total rip off. LOTs of bait and switching as far as pricing goes, totally floods your email box with offers............ I have been waiting 6 weeks after getting broken product for a replacement........also, this high end company (~ $400 for face cream) does not have a phone number you can call........you can only email, they usually answer within the week...........This store - Aritaum is owned by Sulwhasoo ( Amore Pacific) and also practices the bait and switch pricing, offers, gift with purchase etc............Product - a 9, Service, a 0. You can purchase Sulwhasoo from Neiman Marcus - they often have deals where when you spend $1,000, you get $250 back ( Spend $2K, get $500 back)........and they have a phone number to call in case you need help! So decent product, but probably the worst service I have ever seen with the Sulwhasoo company...........I have luck with NM though, and I know it is actual product.

This place is amazing! I discovered this store about 2 weeks ago while on the hunt for the best Korean Beauty products out there. As soon as I walked in the environment was friendly and inviting, Katie the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable. She truly made the experience wonderful. Since then I've been back 4 times! Thanks to the many samples she gave me I was able to create the perfect skincare routine. I am now a loyal Korean Beauty junkie!
