Purchased pork sausage with an expiration date of May 20 on June 29th. Unfortunately didn’t see this until I got home.

Reading through the comments I see that the manager Vicky has a history of being very unprofessional. I had the same situation with an order I was there to pick up. I didn’t know the contents of the order until I arrived. She is a racist person from what I can see and hear. She talks to her staff with a very rude tone. She approached the orders room and didn’t even asked me if I had my licenses. She asked her employee “Does she even have her license?!” With a very rude tone. I told her I did not, my Identification was in my car. She yelled at me she was not going to give me the order and she said she was going to block me. I asked to talk to her boss and she followed me down to the self checkout telling me she is the manager. The ladies paged a gentleman that claimed to be her boos (Vicky’s Boss) the only thing he said was sorry we are trying to push to have a drivers license to pick up the orders. He will get Vicky more training. Training? If she is a manager she should know better how to talk to a customer. Corporate needs to look into this. I’m a Latina but that gives her no right to speak to me that way. If she has a problem with Latinos that is a problem for the store as well since the majority of customers are Latinos. Very disappointing and shame on her for embarrassing the store that way. Every single bad review that involves that lady Vicky has a Sorry sorry sorry . When are you guys doing something about it? A sorry doesn’t fix it.

Grocery shopping has not generally been a task I favor HOWEVER, this "Albertson's" has restored my faith in supermarkets! This location has recently undergone a rearrangement inside, and it is most attractive with a clean and very orderly look. And of course, the staff is EXCELLENT!! I recommend you patronize this store if you can!

Witnessed an employee have both hands down their pants digging for gold while restocking items. Also, not stocking an item as basic as tortillas drove the last nail in the coffin for this store. Unfortunate since it's the closest grocery store near me

The manager Vicky who runs the Drive Up and Go area is the absolute rudest person I've ever met. I couldn't believe the attitude she gave me regarding an order I came to pick up!
There was some confusion regarding my order as she gave me a receipt for 191 dollars worth of groceries but handed me a plant and some chicken. Obviously not 200 worth of the grocery list I had in my hand listing plenty of items I didn't have.
I came back in to confirm that I had the correct order and she get even ruder! Saying she knows how to do her job and neglected to tell me someone had already come for the bulk of the order.
How this woman was every promoted to manager is beyond me. She does not deserve to lord her attitude over others and the few employees I spoke to had the same reaction "oh I know exactly what you mean" meaning she is just as rude to her employees.
Seriously someone like her should NOT be manager of anyone ever.

Very bad service regarding baby food, I bought some compotes and they were expired, I told them and they got upset with me. These things should not happen, especially with baby food.

Quite literally the worst Albertsons location I've ever been to and consistently bad. I quite seriously can't understand how they so frequently miss price things and have items directly under a sale price item then come back and say that the item isn't actually on sale. This location either has inept management or is intentionally robbing people. Go to the next closest store if you aren't in an immediate need and even then consider just going somewhere else.

Waited 15 minutes for assistance. The fresh deli lady had to come assist me. Even after paging someone, no one came to help. This is very bad service

This store is much closer to my house than Wal-Mart and much less stressful to shop at. They might not have as big of a selection but sometimes it's worth it for the quick run & grab trips. Employees are almost always super helpful.Just watch out for expired items which this store is famous for.
