We had a major leak in our attic from air conditioner drain line. a 5' x 5'section in our ceiling in our front bedroom fell from the weight of the water soaked into the the sheetrock. I have used A1 EAGLE EYE PRO CONTRACTOR in the past and was very satisfied with their work. They did not disappoint me again. I was very satisfied with their work and most of all I was satisfied with the cost of the repair.

Overall, it went very well. The work was started in January of this year, with a few delays in completion due to the storm in Feb and some COVID concerns, the work was completed with excellent results for my older home. Bob was great! He stayed in touch and kept me informed during the entire process. Bob was also very helpful with ideas and suggestions when I was not quite sure what to do. I am very happy!!!

I've used Bob and A1 Eagle Eye for a few different projects on our house at this point. He and his crew are fantastic. Quick responses on questions, the crews arrive on time, are friendly and do great work and they clean up after they're done. We'll continue to use Bob and A1 Eagle Eye on any projects that come up in the future.

A carpenter started the frame work, 2 windows, and roofing. Electric $1380 and plumbing (Pex and sewage) $3000 by trade contractors per permit. A1 Eagle Eye Pro in mid-build, offered a bid that included detailed scope and item pricing. This helped me know 1) the bid was priced right; 2) that Bob heard & understood what I was requesting. He offered to add a modification of my chain-link gate to the contract. A sweet deal as fence companies focus on wood privacy fence only. See left side of exterior picture. Bob was booked up in May, but I was OK with waiting until mid-summer. Also, COVID-19 caused some higher prices, and several delays in obtaining product. His team kept their work schedule, kept a clean work place, and had the varied skills required for remodeling. Bob was in contact often, to review the current work, advise when issues caused changes or required flexibility, and to verify we had the same vision. This is important when remodeling without blue prints. If you don't check, ask, request, inspect with the contractor as you go, and then don't like the work, shame on you. When I have the budget, I would like to hire A1 Eagle Eye Pro again and replace aging vinyl siding with Hardie plank and insulation, My thanks to owner, Bob.

They did an outstanding job painting my master bathroom! Bob is on time and was great on communicating with us throughout the project. Extremely reasonable on pricing and they are my new contractors for anything in the future!

I’m in the process of working with Bob and A1 Eagle Eye Pro Contractor.I have nothing negative to say about my experience so far. His communication is top notch and has helped make things as smooth as possible.If you need work done, give him a call! Honesty and integrity are a thing of the past in some places but not with Bob!

A1 Eagle Eye Pro Contractor LLC re-tiled our master bathroom. Bob helped me choose the tiles I wanted at DalTile. The plumbers and the tilers did an excellent job and Bob's crew did the finishing touches. The bathroom looks terrific now.Bob's crew had done a few other jobs around the house. They re-tile the kitchen floor and re-stained the fence among other things.We are pleased with the results.

Bob and his guys do great work. We have worked with him twice over the past six months for various repairs and have been very happy with how the work has turned out. Very good communication throughout the process and he makes sure you are happy with the work before finishing things up. We'll definitely work with him for any needs in the future.

Bob and his team remodeled a bathroom and replaced the carpet in the kitchen and living room. Overall it was a great experience. We did not have to be on site everyday and Bob took care of many of the details. Great work and attention to my concerns and details. Highly recommend Bob for your next renovation.
