So ironically enough the store is NO SMOKING, so when I bought a defective Vuse and went to my car to try it only to realize it doesn’t work to then go back in to get a refund/exchange it for a new one to only to be told that since I left the store (to my car parked by the front door) I could not refund/exchange it so I had to buy another. Typical scam behavior.

I went to this location to use my rewards for The Big Gulp drink. There were only Super Large cups available. When I got to the register I ask the clerk where are the Big Gulp cups for $0.89.He stated it's over there pointed by the drinks, I looked again and there were just the Super Large cups. I told him the $0.89 reward's drinks cups aren't there. He insisted it is, but the cups was not there ....The clerk began to get upset. Not sure why, I ask why are you upset the cups are not there. He then said well maybe we are out you want the extra large cups or not? But he wasn't going to give me the Super Large for $0.89I then just walked out, he was very rude especially in front of other customers.All he had to say was we were out of those cups and moved on.

Filled 30$ gas outside on the pump with my card, and a few minutes later 175$ charge was made on my card their pumps have scammers in them.

This is the worst and nastiest 7-Eleven that I've ever been to. I used to live in some of the worst ghettos. This place is trash, never any coffee and you'll be waiting to get checked out while the cashier just dissapears for 10 minutes while there is a long line. 7-11 if you are reading this, you need to save this 711

The clerk at this location with glasses was really rude today. I had my daughter with me purchasing a slush with a pizza, her Friday pleasure for a good week of school. He asked me if I saw the line because I had two transactions, one for her and one for me. I waited in the line, of course I saw it. If you get money from me all I ask is that you give the same respect you receive. (Especially with my child present.) It’s not the consumer’s fault when you are not adequately staffed. Please learn to be kind to your customers. Consumer Etiquette 101.

This location really stepped it up during the pandemic and became a true corner store. Anything you would NEED from Walmart can be found here 24/7. Im very appreciative!
