I paid for a car wash. The car wash doesn’t work. The cashier refused to refund my payment. The machine that takes your money works fine. The car wash, not so much. There is no “car wash closed” sign. I feel robbed.

They price their wine at $10.99 and it rang up as $11.49. I know it’s not a big deal but that’s not good business. The person in charge said they “stocked it in a different slot” so he could not honor the price shown as $10.99. What a big rip off.

This place is not a 24 seven convenient store like they say. Anytime I go there after 12 o’clock at night they are closed the doors locked I know someone’s in there but no one will come out. Maybe they’re sleeping I don’t know but don’t go out there after midnight cause they’re not ever opened and then you gotta go drive halfway across the other town so annoying they need to totally update the correct hours so the customer consumer can Benefit from the store a little bit better right.

The guy who works most evenings is an absolute lunatic. I guess because I took more than 2 seconds trying to find an adequate medicine for my sick boyfriend I'm a theif that warrants disparaging me and insisting I empty my pockets.To entertain him I did, and more, and when clearly proved wrong warranting some sort of apology he continued to shout at me.Absolutely stay away from this place. This man's lack of mental healthcare leads to a terrible means of discerning a criminal from a worried boyfriend.Beyond sickening, I can only hope something comes from the corporate complaint I lodged.

Several visits to this location and they never have soap in the restroom dispenser and the clerks could care less, honestly. I guess they serve food without cleaning themselves

Why do some 7 Elevens have such serious mold problems?? 2 stores in Carrollton smell like hurricane Katrina when you walk in. Can’t be safe for employees to stand there breathing it all day. Serious health issue.

Stupid car wash is messed up. Tried to take paint off the right side of the car. Got stuck on the front right corner. Almost tore my passenger side mirror off. When I got out of there it didn't even bother to clean the back of the car whatsoever. Total piece of crap. DO NOT USE this car wash.

Air pump was broken but not labeled, so it flattened my tire and stranded me here.

Went to fill up air in my rear tire, was 28-needed to be 32 PSI. The machine instead took air out of my tires and brought it down to 1 PSI. There were no signs anywhere on the machine or near it, so I went inside to ask them if it is broken. The attendant said, yes. And he said I should speak to Sandra( at least that's what she said her name is, she said she doesn't have a last name). She faulted me for using the machine and said she put up a sign, and someone took it off. In her place of business, I think it's their responsibility to manage all of their malfunctioning equipment and ensure that customers are in the know. The lack of care and making it my fault and saying that it's my car I should know how to use it...is just beyond me. Beware of the pump at this location. Always ask them first.

Remodeled and open recently, very clean and well maintained.

All the gas pumps are closed off, they no longer sell gas. I’ll update my review if the situation changes. As for now, don’t come here if you need gas.
