I must address. The light skinned black guy that works there does not greet when coming in nor when leaving. He needs to work better on his customer service skills because it looks like he does not like his job or he is in the wrong profession. I went to QT and their customer service is supurb.

The chow looks good, not a common sight at most 7-11 joints. But watch out, those employees might be pulling a fast one on you. They'll stack up extra wings on one plate to jack up the tab. Supposed to stick to the rules, you know, puttin' out the advertised special on the chow counter. I told one of 'em, "8 pieces for 3 bucks, right?" Seems like she didn't catch my drift. Checked the reviews, this spot ain't no saint. Sucks, 'cause I didn't even snag my 7-11 points after she rang up those wings I wasn't eyein'. Would've caved if she plated 'em separate-like (which we ain't allowed to see), layin' out 8 pieces – that would've fattened 7-11's wallet today. She was either thinkin' my other buy was more, or she was playin' a slick game.

This gas station doesn't cancel holds on debit cards. Me and my boyfriend been here separately to get gas one at pump using there app and one at register each time we Paid for gas and each time it wouldn't pump the gas at pump but 7eleven took the funds off both of are cards. But no gas was pumped said declined or wrong billing zip through the app. Been 2 weeks and the hold is still pending. The managers aren't never there

My friend and I walked into 711 and proceeded to be followed by a worker the whole time. I smiled at her but she was only rude and when we checked out two ice pops were 8 dollars, even though the price said 1.79. I told her never mind, thank you and was about to put the ice pops back when she snatched them out of my hand and said “I’ll take those” My friend and I were confused. We asked why the price was different and then the worker made rude comments about us and stereotyped us. On the way out of the store she proceeded to stare at us and even when we were out the window she was staring at us. This worker was plain prejudice, creepy, and rude. Do not recommend buying anything or asking for help from her here.

Better than all other gas station convenience stores in the area as far as consistency goes which is all you can ask for from convenience stores these days.

I mostly go to this store between 8 and 9 pm, the clerk has twice givin me a doller less on my change .I don't know if it is a coincidence or he tries this with everyone.He is on the phone most of the time and if you are encountering any problem he doesn't understand or just don't want to understand.

This store is pristine! It is very well managed. Food products are fresh and well stocked. The team is exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly and is eager to assist in any way they can. They always seem eager to make sure I have the best possible experience every time I visit the store.

I am handicapped and depend on delivery and make a lot of online delivery purchases. I live about a mile away from this particular store. I made an online delivery purchase. 15 minutes later get a text my order had been cancelled. Driver said i was not answering my door. This was a total lie. My door was open and i was sitting at the door waiting for the delivery. Called the store directly, they said i had to take the issue up with door dash who they use as drivers. Waste of time.

By far the cleanest and friendliest 7-Eleven I've ever been in, the employees are fantastic I absolutely enjoy Getu's attitude their food is always stocked and their management is always attentive and orders items the customers want not just random items

Since the new owners took over, the reach in coolers have a rotting food odor that is very strong. It makes me very hesitant to purchase any cold foods or drinks. A call to the health inspector will definitely be placed!

Ever since corporate has ownership of this store it has turned around significantly, they now treat you properly like an actual customer, they allow the app to be used, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all changes and products they sell. I absolutely love their transparency and the transformation done to this store. For anyone who has had a bad experience with this 7-Eleven I ask you to come back and try it again you will not regret that decision.
