Yes did my nails first time customer at 1st nails and I loved it! Lynn welcome me so friendly people they are. Great job Ted me and my son loved the outcome of the nails! My new nail tech will be Ted!! ❣️

I had a great experience last night. My nail lady was a no show, so I needed to be seen last minute. They close at 8, I called around 7. They still took me in and provided me with great care! I didn't feel rushed at all. I've been to tons of nail spa's, and I still think this place gives the best pedicure HANDS DOWN. The deluxe is priced at 45$ and worth every penny. Lynn did my set, and I was thankful she noticed I have wide nail beds and shaped my nails so they wouldn't be so wide. My feet and hands look great! They even stayed open an extra hour for me, and still took their time and were very gentle. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to 1st For Nails for years. Ann and Lynn are Amazing!! They really care, do a great job and take their time to make sure clients are happy with service =) my family and friends have also been satisfied with the ladies’ work as well. I recommend 1st For Nails!

If you are wanting a pleasant and relaxing experience where the manicurist are caring, friendly and actually converse some with you, this may not be the place for you. The tech giving my pedicure today did a good job with the shaping and polishing but was so rough and abrasive exfoliating my heals, I am surprised they are not bleeding! Made for a horrible experience!! She has always done good work but always very unfriendly the times I have used her but never as rough as she was today.Only once has there been soft music playing as most times you are having to listen to them all converse in their foreign language amongst themselves which I find to be very rude and unprofessional when customers are present. I have used up my gift cards and I will not be back. There are too many nail salons that offer good services and are also friendly and extend appreciation to their customers.Services: Pedicure

If I could give less then one star I would. This place is the worst, the owner who’s been there 30 years is very rude, no professionalism, she’s rough, when you tell her she’s hurting you she tell you be quiet. No ma’am…. The straw for me was, she was working on my nails, she stopped, went to the back, I thought nothing of it until she passed me by to start on another customs hand. Mind you it’s 6:04 and I’ve been here, in the chair sense 4:15. I got up and walk to the desk to pay for the services she completed. I expressed how unprofessional it was of her too leave while doing my nails to start working on the second customer. Do not go to this nail shop. It’s awfulServices: Pedicure

They are the most rude and zero customer service place I have ever been to . I had 2 incidents and no apology even if its their mistake. True some their folks do a good job but what is the point when it comes with arrogance.Last time agree I was 6 mins late and she took somebody right when I was there and shooed me awayThis time First for Nails took my appointment for a Manicure and Pedicure and accidentally over booked over me. All along they knew they could only do Pedicure did not tell me and then when I got up to go to Manicure they said I have to comeback another day cause someone else is waiting and they forgot about my manicure. They could have asked the other person to come back another day but my skin played a role there . For what they did and how they behaved I should not have paid for it but still did.
