They have a great selection of stuff! Loved everything we got but my own thing is wow the girls that work here are SO unfriendly. If I had dealt with them before I had time to fall in love with the store I wouldn’t have gotten anything. It’s not like they were rude they just were unfriendly and clearly not having a good time at all. I’ll still come back for the stationary either way

The ship is small but STOCKED with everything from cute stickers and notebooks to Sanrio keychains and ofc kpop albums. They have a pretty impressive collection of albums as far as diversity goes (aka more than just groups and artists from the big 4 companies) and they're decently priced. I even saw some special photobooks that you can't hardly find online anymore. I also received a nice POB pc with my purchase!

Very rude customer service. My mom is a huge kpop fan and wanted to buy a cd but the cashier wouldn’t help her. Also she didn’t greet my mom back when my mom said good morning when we first walked in. Why be in customer service if you’re bringing that kind of energy. ??

Well good thing I read the reviews and have been informed of their lack of customer service skills. Needless to say I will Never go to this store and will warn any friends and family not to patronize this business.

Employees follow you around as if you are going to steal something, it’s very uncomfortable to browse because they follow you down every aisle watching your every move.

K-pop heaven. The staff is watching for shoplifters for a reason. It is a small shop with a lot of inventory, and it is usually busy.

I give this place a 1 star rating, there for the attitude. For just standing there, is attitude really necessary when a customer ask a question? Also the GPS shows a completely different route to where the actual store is.

This store has very cute stuff. Me and my sister have been customers for years. We had never had a rude interaction with the employees, but they really do know how to make their customers feel super uncomfortable especially if you are a POC or not Asian. I am Mexican American, my skin tone is bit tanner. Every time I go with my siblings it is super uncomfortable when we go there. It’s like we have to know what exactly we are getting so they don’t assume you are stealing. It’s very hard to look at all the stuff they have without them thinking you are stealing. There was one time in the summer ,me and siblings went and we were just looking around and I had a small wristlet. And literally one of the employees was right behind me. I’m normally a patient person, so I didn’t say anything, which I should of.But if it was someone else, I bet you, there would be a different type of reaction. Plus she kept eyeing my wristlet the entire time. All employees eye you, in the most interesting and intense way. That it’s like you cannot touch anything at all. Especially today, me and siblings went today, we were near the albums the entire time. There was an employee hovering just directly looking at us. And when I made eye contact with her. It was extremely uncomfortable.I used to work in retail , so I perfectly understand, with being careful with your business and not having theft happen. But I would recommend finding other effective ways to deal with that situation and also making sure the customers are 100% comfortable and pleasant while shopping. I went through the reviews and most of them deal with the similar problem. If this is not situated soon. You guys are gonna have major problems.

Worker there just follows and stares at you the whole time. Eyeing us like we’re about to steal something. Makes it super uncomfortable.Overpriced and can’t take photos inside which is strange.Go to the other Kpop stores around the plaza. This one ain’t it.
