This is not a good store. Kinda dirty and the staff is not customer friendly. Kicked me out of line saying a register didn't work and as soon as I walked away, she called the next person in line up and rang out like it was not a problem. Don't come here expecting anything in the way of customer service. They don't have ice either

This place is amazing. They have everything; from a candy bar to bags of nuts and mixes for the road, to bluetooths, headphones, CB radio components, car and truck supplies galore. All kinds of hot and tasty food. Bathrooms clean and plenty, like the best. Inside tables.Everything organized and appealing.In addition personnel is dedicated and friendly.Amen for ample and plenty of parking space.Good job from management to staff.

I wouldn’t waste your shower credits here the water is scolding hot no cold unless you use the sink and if you ask about it all we’ve had someone look at it don’t even offer to refund your shower credits this place is a joke!!

5 days after Jamie's review, still no bathrooms or showers working do to plumbing!!!!!Guess they figure it is going to fix it self.What a disgrace for a flying J.Yet they are still preparing food but cannot wash their hands or equipment????Maybe they just don't want to take the time to properly clean and sanitize the showers and restrooms with COVID going on!!

Apparently this Pilot is so remote that they can't get a plumber out here to come and fix the sewer problem that they have. All bathroom and shower facilities are shut down. The management is inept and can't seem to handle it. I found out that this particular Pilot is a franchise when I called Pilot Flying J to complain. They weren't happy hearing about it.
