Dropped off Boat Tuesday 7/5 Joey the owner explained he had the part and shouldn’t be a problem being done by the end of the week. If you’re not sure don’t give a date. Called Friday Joey was out in the field, asked about status Kayla? Explained I had to call Monday she couldn’t give me a status had to talk to Joey. Called Monday Joey not in yet out in field was told he would look at it Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Thursday Kayla? Said parts were ordered will be in hopefully Friday. Called Tuesday spoke to Joey. Exact words I haven’t had a chance to look at your boat I’ve got jobs that were scheduled before you that I have to do this week. I’ll try and get your boat done by the end of next week. Tuesday I picked up my boat and brought it home. My advice is don’t give your customers a sense of hope when there are no plans on following through. Honesty is the best policy, getting caught in a lie will not benefit anyone. Communication is key. All of this could of been resolved if I was told hey, you’re looking at 4-5 weeks. I’ve spoken to the Manufacturer today and they are overnighting me the parts.

Owner Joey is full of broken promises. ALWAYS an excuse. Actually told me it wasn’t worth his time or the money to work on my warranty issue with my a/c.Service: Air conditioning

I contacted City Garage RV due to I needed some major repairs on my travel trailer and I received excellent customer service. I cannot rate the repair due to I took it to someplace else due to it was closer to were my trailer was located and it was a Insurance claim. I Would recommend using them because if they had excellent customer service like I received I'm sure they would have excellent repair services.
