This store refused to ship a rifle barrel I was trying to return to the manufacturer. Its not hazardous, it wasn't a complete firearm, just a new unused part. 1 of 50 parts to make a single firearm. Nope not hazardous like live cartridges, primers, or powder. Just a barrel. Literally a piece of round shaft with a hole through it from end to end you can see through. As dangerous as your vacuum cleaner hose. Pick any other harmless part- say a tiny gun screw the size of a pea-if they know what it is they will not ship it. At the same time they claim UPS is not anti gun?? The service was fine, but the policy is infuriating because a simple task of trying to ship a simple box turned into a 2 hour ordeal driving first to Canyon then back to Amarillo to find someone else who would ship it. I'm writing this to warn others who might have to learn the hard way about this.

As the director of a starting non profit, we have relied on the Canyon UPS store for many of our brochures, client flyers, and various other print items. They were very helpful and have made us look so professional! When it came time to create our door signs (the sticker kind with our logo) I turned to them. They did not disappoint. They first created a temporary laminated sign while we worked out logistics and then were able to print our official door sticker - and it’s not an easy logo! Feeling apprehensive about putting it on ourselves, I asked if they could and the owner said they do offer that service as well, and he did a beautiful job!

This UPS location had a recent change in ownership and none of these bad reviews apply anymore. I have experienced consistent friendly and professional customer service from every employee here. It's run by a family now and they couldn't be kinder people. Highly recommend for any shipping or printing. They deserve a 5 star review average.

The Canyon UPS store is great! The staff is friendly and always helpful. I do know there are frustrating situations at times but that’s not always the local owners fault. Lots of decisions are made at the corporate level (as in most big companies) and it leaves the owners’ hands tied. I’ve seen some pretty negative comments; let’s give a little grace to our fellow humans - we all need it…DAILY!

This is more of a review for UPS as a whole not just canyon UPS. I ordered a simple pair of shoes and I put in my CORRECT address, and ups just decided to use my old apartment address from over 2 years ago. I in no way out this address in myself and the website says I entered my correct address and it chose this old old address as my default address. I went to go change it and it only let me change one aspect of the address such as the street OR the number, when I needed to change both. Called the canyon UPS and they told me there was nothing they could do and they gave me a number for the Amarillo distribution center. I called this number and it was some company trying to sell me a medical alert band???? Called UPS 5x to finally talk to a representative that told me there was nothing they could do. So I asked them how I am supposed to get my package and they said the only thing I can do is try to contact the website I bought my package from. Called that company and it was easily changed within seconds. So very frustrating.

The young man working, solo, was doing a swift job for everyone. I needed a book spiral bound and he went right to it-he replaced the thick hardcover with heavy card stock. I did not realize he would need to thread the coil through by hand! We offered to do that ourselves as the store was busy. We stepped off to the side-no problem. He finished it off nicely for us and we were on our way. Would definitely return but at a not so busy time and any time for standard shipping. He certainly was on top of things and showed no frustration (or panic-which woulda been me!!) Great service!

needed to get some papers printed and had really bad customer service. lady behind the counter embarrassed me in front of everyone in the store. she was probably having a bad day but unacceptable

I go to this UPS store frequently. Staff is consistently customer friendly and helpful. On occasion I feel they sure could us more help.

if you walk in and see a old lady named sheri don’t waste your breath. i’ve never met someone so old filled with so much hatred. she was blatantly disrespectful and probably just there because they’re the only ones who would hire such a troll, obviously considering the fact that she doesn’t care about her job or her customers. if you don’t believe me go ahead and take a look at the other reviews. good luck! ?

Jack is Amazingly helpful calm and knowledgeable and prepared to troubleshoot and accomplish any task I've needed assistance with. I took off 1star for Rebecca because of the unprofessional hostile and troublesome interactions including a suggestion to email my legal documents to her personal account when she wasn't able to "find" documents emailed to be printed. When I suggested that sending my legal documents to her personal account could cause some legal issues such as fraud/identity theft questions, Rebecca stated that "I was the only one complaining" I let her know I would prefer for another employee to handle my business she stated "she's all yours" and left the other employee Jack with a line of customers which he dealt with efficiently and courteously. Wouldn't have written this review about it but This was the 4th time I went in to handle a business task and Rebecca Either created a problem where there wasn't one, said something nasty after someone else left the room or in this case suggested illegal handling of documentation.

Very professional and helpful. Needed my packing slip printed and they got me all squared away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Great store.

Sheri is absolutely RUDE. Very unprofessional and doesn’t know what she is doing. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and J.B was the only one that was super nice, respectful and made my visits easy and fast

This UPS has some of the most friendly and helpful workers. Of course it's a UPS so you can't do much about it. Just please be nice and patient to them.
