Cooper is by far the best cashier we have had, he interacted with our kids throughout the checkout and was very respectful.

Being harassed about parking from employees as a customer is uncalled for. I mentioned that I’m not parking here for class, I’m going inside, and I was still handed a flyer to “tell others not to park here.” They threaten to tow cars even though they can’t prove who is a student and who is not.

Good store, they have everything I needed. But BEWARE, they put your groceries in your trunk for you, so be ready to tip whoever does it.

Absolute worst curbside experience. I waited for THIRTY minutes to get my groceries, an hour after my pick up window started. Used the app, called (ten rings no answer), got a text that they had to get a few more things together, called again (answered this time), she got defensive and said ‘I should have called’ - I had? - and they don’t monitor after 7 (why offer 7-8 for pick up then?) and then said she’d send someone right out. Ten minutes later someone came, and she didn’t even acknowledge the wait/apologize. I could have done the grocery shopping myself in a thirty minute long wait? I don’t think they started shopping until I arrived. Very frustrating.

I need to share an incident that occurred during my recent visit to United Supermarket in Canyon, Texas with my Uber Rider, who is currently recovering from a broken ankle.
My Rider had her service animal with her during our visit, and we stopped by the Customer Service desk to obtain copies of her W-2 and 401K. Unfortunately, the Service Manager who assisted us was unhelpful and provided poor customer service.
The Service Manager informed my Rider that the store does not provide copies of 401K statements and stated that pets are not allowed in the store. Despite informing her that the animal was a service animal, the Service Manager did not acknowledge or address our concerns.
As an Uber Driver, I appreciate the information provided by Uber regarding pets and service animals. However, the lack of friendly and helpful service from the Service Manager was disappointing. Additionally, we experienced difficulties in handling the electric mobile cart, and the Service Manager did not offer any assistance, despite being present at the store.
I hope that this matter can be addressed and that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that future customers receive better customer service.

Prices are sometimes a bit high and they struggle to keep enough stock for a few of my favorites. I prefer United as my primary grocery source.
