“The wind got a hold of my drivers side door and bent the hinges so we could not open the door. They had us come in to look at it to see if it needed parts and luckily it did not. Came back the next morning and they had it fixed in 1 hour. We were camping at nearby Palo Duro and they got us in and did an exellent job for a very fair price. The windshield wipers were terrible, so I stopped at the O’Reillys in Canyon Texas and KOLE was fast and efficient in helping me replace the windshield wipers. He was very kind and considerate. “We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! We were camping in Palo Duro Canyon, and we had a check engine light. We called every diesel repair company in Amarillo, everyone said “oh sorry, you can check in 2-3 weeks” when we leaved in 2 days. All except Coffman Customs, even though their schedule was tight, they fit time to repair our truck.
They are so friendly and so efficient!”
“I’ve gone to this store a few times in the last year. The staff is always helpful. Today, Ethan was assisting me with a check engine issue. He pulled up the check engine problem on the computer, assisted not only with finding the right part, but also with sharing his knowledge and replacing the part. Although it turned out to be a simple replacement, I truly appreciated all of his knowledge and kindness. He went above and beyond, allowing me to get to my husband’s birthday dinner safely and on time. I could not have asked for better service. Ethan is a rockstar!”
“I have had 3 sets of tires put on my cars and SUVs in the last month. The first 2 times were great. On the last set, I had the spare on the vehicle. I asked if they would put it and the jack back in it's rack. They said yes, but when I was leaving, I noticed that the spare was thrown into the back seat on the upholstery. At that point, I didn't have time to go back in, so I put them up myself and cleaned the upholstery when I got home. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars.”

Robert is great at keeping you updated on his progress and communicating anything else he finds! He dealt with the insurance company directly and I never had to do any of it.
