Being new to the Canyon area as well as the USA I was completely blown back by Ashley and her exceptional Service she understood my needs and concerned and treated me like I belonged instead of like a foreigner like another store I went to. The Ladies working there are very knowledgable and super nice. They are also great saleswomen. Immediatly disclosed rebates and perks without being asked. Ashley started out with "Hey this is what is available right now" and saved me a TON of money. Also suggested my wife check on her rebates that a corporate store neglected to disclose. BONUS. We are loyal ATT for over a decade and this location is our goto from now on. Great job folks.

Zach was most helpful in answering questions and on our new phone purchase!He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the whole picture and got us set up on a new phone! Best service we have ever had at an AT&T store or any phone store in general! ! Top notch! THE worst service in Canyon, for both Internet and Wireless!!!! I left optimum because I thought they were bad. Turns out AT&T is even worse. If you like having your internet go out 10+ times per day, then AT&T is your service. And then not being able to access your cell phones internet in over Canyon. Luckily, I'm moving to a new location and will not be taking AT&T with me. Hopefully this company will go bankrupt eventually, because a company who doesn't offer any help to their customers, should not be one to exist.

Terrible customer service. Was told the wrong price. When I got my bill. Hours spent trying to straighten it out. No one knows what is going on. No cares about integrity or customer service.
