Two stars only because it’s a clean gym. One star because it’s unfortunately one of the only options in the Canyon area. Membership prices are expensive, and they want to call me about my guest not “signing in” but hardly ever have staff attending the front desk when I would go. Then to call me (on 12/9) and say they watched footage (supposedly from 11/28) seems weird and made me uncomfortable. Paying the day pass for my guest was never the issue, but the fact that it’s a double standard led me to cancel my membership. Not worth the $56 they charged to my account every month to feel uncomfortable and watched.

Clean gym and equipment, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The 24 hour access is extremely convenient as well. Overall well run facility and great workout experience.

Beware. - Signed up April. Paid for application fee remaining part of April and a one hour coaching session($75). The one hour coaching session was to teach me how to use the machines and a personalized workout plan. The owner was the trainer. He showed me 4-5 machines and that was it. I was in and out of there about 35 minutes which includes the 6 minute warmup on the bike. I did not feel I received adequate training so I made the decision to end my membership. I contacted the staff 4/28 asking for the form. Contacted them again 4/29 as I still had not received the email with the form. When I finally received the form I could not agree to it. If I’d signed it I would have been agreeing to additional charges on a month to month membership. I’d already checked my card. They’d been paid for everything up to this point. I had emailed them I couldn’t agree to any additional charges on 4-29. They never responded to that only reached out when my card declined. As I had cancelled it. Emailed the owner. Was responded by a rude staff member stating I owed money even though I’d cancelled before the 1st of the month which is a new billing cycle. Texted the owner in attempt to resolve the matter. 48 hours later still no response. Ripoff!!!

My husband and I were traveling through the area (staying overnight) and stopped in to ask if they had a day pass. They did for $10. We had a great workout. The equipment is in great condition (new?) and everything was clean. There were several rooms/areas to workout in depending on what you were doing. I loved the large stretching/floor workout area.

The construction the past year has been thoroughly screwing me over every step of the way without so much as a heads up from the owner. PEOPLE LIVE HERE. They've been blocking my access to my driveway, alley and dumpsters. Workers are always rude when we ask them to move their bucket trucks so we can exit the neighborhood. They backed into my property and busted a sprinkler head with their tire. I once came home to a dug out hole in the street and blocks to not pass at my driveway. We have been having to park away from our HOME. They work anywhere from 6am to 8pm some days and the noise is constant. I put my dogs on anxiety medications because there's constantly noise and men looking into my backyard and messing with them. I can't wait until yall are done and I can live freely again without construction men watching me. Hope your new gym is worth it!

Got hit with the “30 day notice” and had to pay an extra month as well, but I signed up and understand the consequences. The gym was always moderately occupied at busy times, and I never had to fight over equipment. THIS GYM IS SO FREAKING CLEAN AND THE COMMUNITY NOTICES.

This is one of the better options for 24/7 gym than Anytime Fitness. Month-to-month membership with reasonable first time fees. Very clean. Besides not having deadlift platforms, they have pretty much all equipments for your weightlifting trainings. There is a mirror room with cardio and crossfit equipments.

Did not enjoy my interactions with management. Day staff are kind, gym is clean, but pricing scheme is sneaky and misleading.

They nickel and dime you to death. And you can't cancel with out 30 days notice. Get ready to spend $225+ for 3 months for a single.

Ehhhh, they don't do a free trial period nor military/veteran discounts. I purchased a house in Canyon so I would've been good business. I'm a disabled veteran. Called about a year ago asking if they do military/veteran discounts. Owner's wife said that there is an emergency responders discount but no veteran's discount and that she was going to ask her husband if they can do them. If she's the wife, shouldn't she use her own judgement? I may not be an emergency responder but I've been deployed to Iraq twice as a medic for war, [which is a military emergency responder]. I never called back and I signed up for 2 years with the only other gym in Canyon because they offer a free trial and a vererans discount WITH another discount for signing up for 2 years so they're actually better service and more affordable. I'm good. Hope they do well though. I gave it a 3/5 stars because of what happened and because it's way too pricey for what it is. I have never been to a gym that didn't even have a trial period to make sure if you want to commit.

Great gym. Open 24 hours. Definitely beats your typical crunch fitness. Clean, well kept and good for the area whether you're a student or not. Only complaint is the gym rocks pop music real loud and I've noticed I'm not alone in trying to stuff my ears with my headphones to Blair out the teeny bop music. The owner is chill and as I have very irregular hours the gym works for me very well. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion.
