The man at the counter wasn't friendly, couldn't answer my questions. Was arrogant.

Went online and requested my mail to be held at the post office for 2 weeks while I was on vacation When I got home I found out they did the job very sporadically! Half the time they delivered my mail and if my neighbor hadn't been aware, it would have accumulated in the mailbox Not good!!!

I am a traveler and have been to this office two times and have received fast and pleasant service, special thanks to Pam and Carlos who went above and beyond!
