We made a special trip in there this morning and was told to come in and they would fill it. After arriving the man responded no, we are too busy, just leave it. So we left and went down the road to Longhorn Propane. They were super nice, fast and a pleasure to go to.We will never go back

I had an excellent experience with Suburban Propane, especially with their employee Vance. During a routine fill-up today, he noticed my front door was open. Vance took the initiative to call and confirm if I wanted it open, and then promptly went and shut it when I told him we in fact did not want the door open. His attention to detail and proactive approach truly impressed me. Five stars for outstanding service! Thank you, Vance!

Suburban Propane is a very reliable and trustworthy company! We've been customers since 2013, going back to Blue Sky. The prices are always great and deliveries are always on time when resupply is needed. Technician Shawn just installed a quick disconnect gas line with regulator for our portable generator, and we couldn't be happier with his expertise and professionalism. We are ready for the next power outage!

I had a great experience with Suburban Propane. My 250 gallon tank was leaning a lot to one side as the ground underneath it had eroded. Suburban sent out a pair of technicians...Sean and Vince with a heavy duty work truck equipped with a crane to lift the tank up. After lifting it up with the crane, Sean and Vince spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the support under the tank was solid and level before they put it back down again. They also checked all the components of the tank and found and repaired a serious crimp in the copper line...probably caused by the tank leaning over on the line. Sean and Vince were very hard working and professional and obviously took pride in their work. I am very appreciative of the job they did and will stick with Suburban for all my propane needs.

I am done with Suburban Propane, although I am probably stuck. I will investigate and find out. In February of 22 I set my deliveries for 150 gallons maximum, no more, well they delivered 237 gallons. That lasted us until today, February 2nd is are out. I never agreed to the will call that was set up without my consent. So I called Suburban tonight and they told me I was will call, of course they do not believe the customer. If i had known about the will call, i would have called. Since they did not believe me, they wanted 255.00 to deliver tonight. Told them no. So order will go out for tomorrow, but could not guarantee the delivery. Before signing on the Suburban, check out other propane companies. Seems like the think they have the corner on the market, second verse, I did talk to the Manger, he listen to me and was very nice and understanding my situation, I believe his goal is to make things right, thank you Danielle.

Called multiple times no return call, they kept telling me they will call me right back, no return call, moved on to another company and they made the reservation and I received my propane the next day, I would never recommend suburban propane.

Loved Blue Sky... never had a problem. Blue Sky sold to Suburban. Not as responsive. Had a few other issues that has now been resolved but I do not recommend. Never give you call backs.

This company has left my elderly mother without propane & no ability to heat her home for an entire week. Multiple requests have been made for urgent delivery. An elderly widower has been left in the cold her home is 40 degrees. This is unacceptable! Action will be taken if she is harmed.

I used a local company that sold to SP.This company is too intense for me. All about profit not customer service.1. Propane meter showed tank below 25% and I had to call to get it filled even though it was supposed to be monitored.Then I get a call and they are asking me if I had another propane company fill my tank???? But they sure didn't forget to bill me for propane they didn't deliver???2. Billing credit on my file but then I get a call from their collections agency? Seriously folks send me a timely bill and I will pay it or hey how about an email?Never been late before and this is their attempt to bully me Into auto pay.Way to busy to babysit the propane company. Needs to be easy like it was before corporate company took over. Moving back to a local company.
