Store has no bathroom. Only port a johns. Store smells terrible inside. Needs a remodel. Please address. It’s only saving grace is its location. I would bet there’s enough money in the budget to get this store upgraded.

At 9pm today i was rwfused service from the cashier. I was polite and requested something from behind the counter. She then told me i was rude and was refusing to sell me anything. This cashier apparently is on something.

No relish for hot dog,hot dog cold,no onions,no mustard for hot dogs , employees very unfortunate helpful, chases customers outside to use portapotties while they get to use nice air conditioning restrooms! I would never recommend this place for traveler's or those who just want to visit sattler in Texas near cayon lake.They can't even make up their minds what to call the place. They always change their name because of poor reviews & service. If your looking for poor service just stop in this place,in sattler Texas near cayon lake.

I have visited this location a few times this month while visiting a friend in the area. I am always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the employees. In particular Matt stands out as he has been the cashier on duty my last two visits. He is always engaging and prepared for customers coming in and out. He makes a point of having cordial conversation without keeping other customers waiting. Very impressed.

Cashier was rude, hung up phone on me after answering a yes or no question. Didn't say bye or anything. Was going to shop there after I found out yall carried what I was looking for, but not now. Would rather drive 30 minutes instead somewhere else.
