Ordered 100lb of propane on Jan, 12th 2024, somehow in 3 weeks we supposedly ran through it all (only thing that uses propane in our house is the furnace, Called Longhorn and told them the situation, they said they’d send a guy out to do a negative pressure test. When he shows up tries to tell us we just burned through it all already, and that he’d do a test but if it came pack positive we’d have to pay. The manager on the phone already said we’d be free of charge for the test, apparently they can’t communicate that to their field hands. Extremely dissatisfied.

I had my tank hooked up and filled today. I don't have experience with the propane service industry at Large, but these were some very fine people. I suspect that they understand that propane is a very uniform product and that the only thing that distinguishes them is service and punctuality. By all appearances they do not take clients for granted.I had tried to get another propane companies interest but I was clearly beneath their notice.These are some down to earth, knowledgeable and friendly people.

We bought a Class C rv and were told we could plug a propane bbq grill into it thru a side port. We called everywhere looking for the hose and nobody could help. A Google search led me to Longhorn and Colton King got us fixed up. We’re now ready for a road trip. Outstanding customer service and we’ll use them for our propane service!

Recently acquired a property by Canyon Lake. I've never had to deal with a big propane tank for heating and hot water before. Didn't really know what I was doing. But I called these guys, and they made it totally brain dead simple. They said they're typically able to fill anybody up with just 24-48 hours notice, and that's just their standard.I was billed at $2.65 per gallon mid-November, which is about $0.30 cheaper than Google pointed me to for the average Texas residential price. This company came out within two days to refill my tank. I think I must have been the last job of the day, it was after 5 and I wasn't expecting them but they kept their word . I was so grateful as I had just moved and was afraid my tank may be empty.Thank you Longhorn!

I experienced the same attitude as another reported from the front office, young lady on 1/21/22 between 10:30 and 11:00. I think she may have been upset that she had to go outside into the cold and fill two 20# tanks. She should really find a new job because it is obvious she hates this one. Longhorn can not be paying her enough to be that miserable.

This Is a great company that cares about their customers. Best customer service I have ever received. Driver Wm Ruiz is outstanding. He works long hours to make sure his customers (new and old) are taken care of. Highly recommend Longhorn.

We changed from another HORRIBLE company and it’s been the best decision. Longhorn has amazing customer service when you call in. Their technicians that come on site are just as wonderful and are very knowledgeable. William was excellent!
