Got in touch with Sean and Holly through a Dave Ramsey search. I was looking for a buyer's agent to assist in purchasing property in the Texas hill country.I couldn't have been happier with the selection - not only were they super responsive (same hour in most cases!) but they were completely up front about the process, what to watch for, and had my best interests in mind from search to close. They even assisted in connecting me with contacts when building on the new property!Whether you're a first time buyer or a seasoned veteran, I would highly recommend them for any land purchases or home building!

Sean and Holly were great to work with when looking at land in the Canyon Lake area. They are local to Canyon Lake, which is helpful when buying or selling a home in the area. They were extremely patient with us during the selling of our home. Our home was on the market for 10 months and was not sold! They picked it up, listed it, and SOLD IT!! They showed it over 30 times during the Holidays and the "off" season! Sean said there isn't any off season and refused to acknowledge any "bad" season to do business! Sean and Holly have a "down home" manner that makes Sellers and Buyers feel welcome! Their knowledge of the Real Estate market is second to none! YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT NOW call them! We couldn't be happier!!
