Very nice. It would be hard for me to not like a hardware store. This one has the benefit of being an independent operation with a unique feel. I've got to admit though that I didn't look around much because a staff member immediately led me to what I needed.

On behalf of Brad and staff. Ms Faye. I have a question for you I take it you found the item you NEEDED correct? Was it a fair price? Did Brad have several of the same product, like say, an overstock? Look HD can absolutely return broken box items to the vendors and get credit, once HD doesn't get credit because of destroyed merchandising not the item but the box, they get partial credit and write off the rest. Mr Brad cannot afford to return to vendor for partial credit. Please remember local businesses do not have the 'funds' corporate have. Please be patient.

The owner literally would not allow me to return a lock because the cardboard advertisement wasn't still on the container it came in and when I wanted to discuss it he was rude and dismissive. I liked coming here until this and he gets one more star than he deserves because he lets you bring your pets in but I won't be back. I am not going to keep all the wrapping of each thing I buy and Home Depot doesn't play hardball with returns like that plus they are cheaper.

He gets just one extra star for allowing pets and I liked shopping local but if I have to keep every part of the wrapping to be able to exchange something for the right version then I will go to Home Depot where they don't haggle with you and the prices are better.

A great place to get many home, construction, outdoor, and small engine parts and supply. They have a nice selection of tools and surprisingly, many uncommon or specialty tools, sizes, and parts. Small engine repair and key making is offered. Helpful and friendly staff!

If I could give them zero stars I would some old lady that works there is super rude ! Ask if she could help me with something and when she couldn't find it just walked away went in earlier and asked if they had any cpvc she was rude and said we don't have any of that ! In the rudest manner best to just drive down to the ace down the street which is what I did me owning a business would never talk to a customer like that woman is rude !

My husband needed wood screws so we went to Carpenters where we go for whatever we need because they always have what we need and the employees are always helpful and kind.
