If I could rate this place a zero I would. In line 15 mins with only one Custer and her kids walking all over store and bringing one item up at a ti.e to ring up. Finally they pay and leave. I go to pay for my fuel and they refuse cash (rolled coins) REALLY WHO REFUSES A SALE BECAUSE PAYING WITH ROLLED COINS I WILL RUN OUT OF GAS BEFORE EVER GOING BACK

This 7-11 used to allow customers to use their restroom but now they say it is only for employees, and direct customers to their Porta-pots outside, which are not ADA compliant.

Well here's what happened... l was walking on sidewalk steps were not even. I just tripped and fell busted my ass (well my knees actually) and ruined my lunch. Explained to store employee he offered me another drink. I guess that's it.

This is a small 7-Eleven with less than 10 parking spaces in front and just a couple of pump stations. This is an Exxon and a 7-Eleven combination. Outside they sell propane tanks, ice, firewood, and even have a Redbox rental. Inside, they have a decent coffee station, cold drink area and plenty of cold beer. I was surprised that they had no single iced down beers. They do sell, live bait and some fishing accessories. There is also an ATM inside and and air pump outside that takes Visa or quarters. Plenty of pictures included for greater insight.

First time visiting Canyon Lake and needed late night snacks. After being there for 5 min the employee came up to us saying “You guys have been here long enough, if you don’t wrap it up, I will be calling the police.” Never bothered to say anything before this and was straight up rude.

I lost all respect for this location and the staff that works there today after me and my Dad went there to cash in some lotto scratch off tickets and they refused to help us. They had 3 employees behind the register and none of them wanted to help us or give a good explanation for why they couldn't service scratch off tickets. The employees are flat out lazy and rude and don't deserve to have jobs if they don't want to service their customers with simple tasks.

My daughter and I at the counter money out & our 2 items ready to pay waiting on the cashier. The cashier helps another man who cut in front of us to give him his lotto. I was confused. The cashier a male says, he's always in a hurry. So "I said so he's has to go in front of us? " "I told him I don't care if he's in a hurry, I was here first" it was rude, I'm sure the guy is a local, but its not right to skip over a customer bc the man has to have it his way. I am a local too & I don't much care for the lack of hospitality on the cashier's part, nor the customers rudeness. Cashiers need to be trained better and draw boundaries better. They need to get a back bone and tell him to wait.

Store is nice and clean. They always have fresh coffee in the morning. Employees always greet with a hello and good morning.

Although your name is 7-11 I dont see "come frozen hell or high water" in the name so I give a pass for being closed. Service has been good consistently and they always have the snacks I want. Little inconsitent with the masks but the standard issue 7-11 mask looks like a pointy dipper for humpty dumpty so again I dont have real gripes. Except not updating google so I can risk driving in ice more efficiently.
