Horrible customer service, I arrived and it wasn’t closing time still 15 minutes left but the fat woman teller told me she had already closed up for the day. I asked her if I could just send out one letter certified and she rudely said NO. I had to go all the way to the Mesa location where they were super friendly and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible system they have going on here. I’ve had problems for months with my mail and packages. Went in and talked to supervisor and postmaster and my service only got worse. They claim to be committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages… yet somehow my neighbors are always re delivering my mail, I’ve received mail back from February when it’s now September bc they’ve been putting my mail in a box that is not even in use, being too lazy to deliver packages to the door and now receiving them a week later. Service is hot garbage.

Tried to call the station in Sunland park and help them out about a mistake from the carrier. But too bad they don’t answer their phone. . The other person is about to call their congressman and complain. Too bad something simple but this is why their service is going downhill.

Mail always comes in weeks late, and when trying to receive any packages they either running late or they say they delivered but never receive packages. And don't admit to their responsibility when lose a package!!!

Friendly and helpful, unlike the other El Paso post offices I went to today. Just be aware this location has a very small room for the counter, so unless you and/or the people behind you stand in the lobby (which is what you should do!), it's hard to social distance. 5 stars to the clerk though!

I bought a stamp today, to mail my mom's birthday card. The clerk made me take the card back out to the lobby, to put it into the outgoing mail, myself. This is terrible service. I have never been made to do that before. In my entire life. Every clerk that I have ever dealt with at an USPS location, has always happily taken it from me, to have itsorted and mailed. To the extent that, I imagined it was part of their job. It's the principal of the thing. Service is in the name if the institution, itself. He offered me no service other than selling a stamp and telling me how I can serve myself. No more will I sign petitions and donate, to save the USPS when they have plenty of competition and have no problem with having this kind of an attitude with people.

Said my package was attempted to be delivered but they day they said delivery was sent no door bell rang no knock no slip to pick up my package and when I called to explained was rudely answered by a women who said they tried to deliver and it's my responsibility to pick up the package will just stick to ups there actually responsible and dont lie about attempting a package
