The customer service was horrible. When I went the store had about 3 customers and about 3+ employees, however, we were not greeted or helped whatsoever. The sales were really good but the customer service is none existent.

I’ve been to other TB stores in other states and this one tops them all! The employees are awesome and it is nice to see they work together as a team. Beware when buying clearance. My honey bought me a purse that was on clearance and wasn't informed that it was a final sale. Well I don't care for the purse, sorry to be ungrateful, but not everyone wants a $300 plus purse. I can't exchange for what I want. :-(
