I don't know what happened this time. And it's sad that the bad haircuts started when they got a new owner

I wish I could give no stars. Not only did they use a completely different product for my moms perm, it wasn’t to my moms satisfaction after four days. My mom called once again asking what had happened and if they could do it again. Selena said she didn’t have the product for a perm, so she never used a perm product on her. Selena told my mom to go back after two weeks so she can go find the perm product. After a MONTH she still doesn’t have it and has been telling my mom the product (which wasn’t a perm product) worked even though my moms hair is completely straight and fried. My mom just asked for a refund and Selena said she’ll do half which my mom agreed. My mom called today to let her know she was on her way and Selena yelled at her through the phone saying she won’t give her a refund like she said. Not only did she not do a good job she lied to my mom. Save your money.
