Called for a tow at 8AM, and the man on the phone said his mornings are busy and he can get to it by no later than 12 noon and will call me. I waited 6 hours with no call. Wasted my morning and time for hours from getting my car where it needs to go for repair. Should change the name of the business to unreliable towing.

The guy I spoke with was nice, quoted 90 dollars, there was an increase to 190 due to the difficulty of tow which I'm fine with. What I'm not ok with is being told its 190 and then having 200 come out of my account. I would have agreed to 200 if I was told 200. I dont take issue with the service itself just the lie about the charge.Service: Car towing

Hector Gonzalez was awesome! Literally showed up within 15 min. Very professional, super friendly. Towed my vehicle to a shop and was super patient when he had to wait to drop it off. Was not at any point inpatient or upset. Didn't tac on a bunch of extra money. I would not have blamed him if he had, either. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...I will 100% be using this company for all my future towing needs. Thanks again Hector!!! You were awesome. I appreciate that.

This business is wonderful. My car battery died and the guy told me that if cam to give me a jump, I would have to drive directly to wherever I was getting a battery replacement. I called Pep Boys and they did have the battery in stock and they were able to take me so I called Reliable Towing back and they were at my house in ten minutes. They guy was professional, polite and prompt- and seemed to be looking out for my best interests.
