Punishment based, outdated training methods with collars that purposely hurt the dogs. Please update your training methods or you will see a decline in customers.

Our 5 year old German Shepherd completed the 2 week boarding and training and we had a great result. Our dog no longer drags us or rushes the door. She listens to each command and enjoys training time. The trainer provided one on one a sessions to make sure we replicated the demands at home. It was an investment in our dog that we don't regret!

Once I get there I saw a very dirty place, smelling urine. The kennels smelled so bad. Very disappointed with this boarding. I couldn't leave my dogs there.

I was very pleased with the level of training that was provided. Victoria was very helpful and an outstanding trainer. I look forward to bringing in my GSD for more advanced training in the near future.

My Labrador puppy went to a 2 week training session to correct his off the wall on leash behavior (he would pull and control the walk). Now he is completely squared away, Victoria did a great job and continues to give pointers and tips.

My trainer recommended this place because everyone agreed that they are the best kennel in El Paso. I usually board at Southwest but after seeing Reidsan’s Kennels and the pricing I decided it was worth a try. Now we are hooked. You guys are worth every penny. I dropped my beagle over Christmas vacation and I was able to go in my trip knowing that he was in the best hands I could have left him. My dog suffers from separation anxiety and with them was a breeze to leave him. Loving staff on site.

Worst experience ever! Trying to get info since mid April. Receptionist took days to be able to provide basic information on getting registered because she “had to check with trainers”. After multiple calls with no answer, emails being told to call I finally get through and am told We were signed up and that’s why we didn’t get call back. I also receive email from Sandra confirming signup. Within the hour I receive voicemail asking I call back as classes need to be pushed an

Our family adopted a beautiful OES last year. He has been a handful to say the least. He was aggressive and moody, insecure and loud. We tried private classes and while he did great it wasn’t enough. Víctoria at Reidsan was kind and patient w Sully and I. After a couple of weeks of boarding and training he came back the loving kind and confident dog we knew he could be. Victoria saw that deep down he wanted to be a good dog. She went above and beyond to help him be better. He is a changed dog and I couldn’t be more happy that I invested in him and Reidsan. I am forever grateful to Victoria!

So glad I found Reidsan Dog Training. We took the puppy class for both my Chowder & MuLan and since they did so well, we have already enrolled into the next class. Staff/trainers are great at what they do and so friendly. I would definitely recommend Reidsan for dog training and kennel. Thank you Reidsan for teaching Chowder, MuLan and myself the tools to have when it comes to dog training, your patience and flexibility.

We graduated!! I never thought a few puppy classes would help Max and I so much! Reidsan taught us both to be better. Me a better owner and Max a better puppy, painlessly. We decided to continue with more training because of how great our experience here was!
