This is the only Old Navy store that I can find a Eau de parfum that I absolutely love ?. I will make the 45-minute trip just to get it. The girls at the checkout line were very nice, I did purchase some tee's. I didn't find anything else, but hones just finding the spray made my day ..

Hey everyone guess what? After many, many years Old Navy changed their return policy to 30 days AFTER SHIP DATE. That's right. If you order anything online & if your items take a week to get there you technically only have 23 days or less to make a return or exchange. Same goes for instore purchases you better try it on and only buy it if you absolutely love it because you most likely won't make it back in the time to return or exchange it. They also don't do store credit anymore, whaaat??? Ridiculous. Did Old Navy notify its customers? Maybe. Under the small print. But who reads that right? If you forget to return an item after 30 days oh well boo hoo. More money for them. And less for the families that constantly shop there.

Well organized and lots of clearance items for the deep discounts. Pay attention to the signs hanging from the ceiling for the different sections as well as the checkout line.

Quick bit of shopping for some lightweight clothes.Sale signs all over the store made it difficult to work out what item we're on sale and what was not, so paying for items I had selected was a surprise.Clean and tidy store with friendly staff.
