Really enjoy the service (and prices) at the El Paso Outlets Oakley Store.I had a bad scratch on my Oakleys so came in expecting to spend 100$+ on a new lens but their sales rep Isabella was just awesome. She patiently went thru a lot of different lenses, helped me pick it out and then asked me if I was military (I am) and they provided a very generous discount (thank you for that!). Spent the savings on a nice pair of shorts.Isabella was super friendly, super helpful -to Oakley -- I am so glad you have such friendly helpful sales reps in your store -- and so glad you are in El Paso!

Good experience, Alec helped me with my sunglasses and was able to adjust my frame correctly. The cool thing now is they now honor oakley standard issue meaning everything is now 35-50% off .

Clean and well organized store. Plenty of selection in frames and clothing. Mya had excellent customer service skills, and came across as an all around patient, helpful, and kind person. She was happy to answer every question I had, and gave 100% of her attention to the customer she was helping.
