Awful service tough man attending me seemed bother. When asking questions he would sigh. After asking if everything was ok he became confrontational. I asked for a manger he said he didn't know when one would be their and could not provide a phone number. Needs major help on customer service.

Not a good experience. Employee seemed bothered and frustrated because he was having issues with my port. He threw my ID and phone in the bag. Will not be coming back to this location again. I ported 2 lines to metro and hoped to have at least a good first impression but definitely didn’t. His name is John. At the end my friend said thank you to him and all he said was “yeah”

Where to begin..... the assistant flat out dont know what they are doing as far as her job. Ive filed a claim and was told false information about my device. Then when i tried calling them the assistant awnsered and just kept repeating we cant help you, we are on our own. And then she changed the info to 24hrs to process. Why couldnt she just tell me the truth, idk if it a way to get customers to YOUR location but that not how to do it. Id rather go somewhere where they tell me accurately then this place. Ill still be with metro just really gonna avoid YOUR location and just have everyone i know that is with metro just go somewhere eles. If they ask ill just tell them to look at your reviews and km sure they will go somewhere eles..... Either retrain or just replace.... cause they dont know what they are doing. Only personni can say is awesome is Oscar but hes nowhere to be seen..... i wish i could put negative stars.....

Scammers.. we paid $30 for a tablet back in December cause we were told we would get a free gift card after 3 months and we never did. When we tried redeeming it the promotion ended and we paid an extra $25 for a service we don’t use.

This store is horrible! They don’t explain anything to customers until it’s too late! Then hide behind policies that they don’t explain to customers. District Manager is a joke! Store manager doesn’t listen to what the customer is concerned about and tries to speak for the District Manager! Lastly walking out the door the gentleman by the door threatened me on the way out. I would negative stars if I could!
