They did not hover or stalk us around the store. When we had questions they were quick to answer and did not pressure us into buying. I have back problems and Richard showed me the best options for a Mattress and Adjustable Base, he showed us how to use it and explained why the positions would help. We ended up getting the new purple mattress with free delivery. My wife and I are extremely happy and excited to have the best sleep of our lives.”
