To celebrate the birth of my first child, my husband wanted to get me a piece of jewelry with her birthstone. After an awful experience with a different online jewelry store (which included a ring that cut me and lost a stone after two months of wear, something I’m still fighting the company about), he took me shopping to see if I could find a new ring. Kate was amazing! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me options that were in store. She gave me pricing and didn’t pressure me to purchase, as I wanted to think before buying. I ended up getting an awesome ring to represent my daughter and am so looking forward to wearing it (it had to get resized). Thank you, Kate!

Kait provided us with amazing customer service! We walked in and she approached us immediately. We were looking for a graduation ring but not the typical kind. My daughter wanted a simple ring with her birthstone. Since my daughter wasn’t sure of the ones in store, Kait assisted us and helped design one online. If you go to this store we highly recommend requesting her to assist you. She made the whole process quick and easy.

The folks at Jared Vault are fantastic. They know their products and they are NOT hard sell so you don’t feel pressured I to buying g the wrong thing. They spend time with you so you can figure out what it is that you really want and they will help make it happen for you.Please support the St Jude campaign they have going on to get Christmas gifts for needy children in the area.

My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary and we went in to get it sized and the man that helped us was very rude and had zero customer service skills. I proceeded to look at the earrings and a wonderful lady named Terry helped us at checkout and apologized for the man’s rudeness. I will never buy from the Jared’s at the outlet mall again.
