Weird they charge 10¢ a bag. Lol I refuse to pay it in Las Cruces, NM and I’m not going to start in H&M Canotillo. Plus they are not helpful either there.

Great staff, great selection. Love this store. It's the best H&M I've been to!!! The atmosphere was great, A/C and good music. It's my favorite part of the outlets!

Horrible customer service. So do you just open and close whenever you please? Because we don't waste time driving somewhere that should be open till 7 or whatever time for employees 20 minutes before closing to be locking people out..

The floor salesperson would not sell me a purse on the window display. I was told they could not sell anything on display and tried to sell me a different bag opposite to the one I wanted. Other times I've purchased, the sales reps would sell me what the mannequin had due to the items being my size and the only ones available in the store.

This location never opens on time and It’s annoying. Their hours should state “1030ish” or “10:30-11ish”.
