Though I didn't buy anything the store was laid out well and you could try on shoes without tripping over someone else in the same aisle. The employees were nice as well.

This was not a good experience. Rachel helped she was nice but ended up selling us a shoe and said they were part of the 2 for 99 and after we looked at receipt down the road. we did not get the deal. called back spoke to assistant manager and he was not very helpful and didn’t wanna honor the deal. Told us to return them instead of trying to fix the issue. so ended up taking back 5 pairs of shoes and will not go back. I think you need to reconsider your approach guys
