“I shopped here 2 weeks ago and was assisted by an employee named Crissy. I had some items I saw online but couldn't find instore. She helped me find some and for the others that were not there she helped me order online with free shipping. She also informed me about the benefits of the credit card and went out of her way on a busy Saturday afternoon to help me get all the items I needed. Amazing customer service and just an overall pleasant person to deal with. It was so busy at the store but it's employees like her that make the store shopping experience great. Otherwise ill just shop online. Please have more people like her at your stores.”

“It's that school-shopping time of the year again, and venturing out in 100+ degree weather was just a part of the summer season, and sumner fun! Nonetheless, The Gap, at the outlet mall, was a welcome respite from the heat outside, and a refreshing return to great-looking styles just in time for school! The sales were impressive too! Most items were up to 50% off, which is a welcome relief to my wallet! We most definitely will be returning, and very soon!”
