The worst customer service I have ever experienced: the manager, an older Anglo woman, made the mistake of ringing up the wrong merchandise, and unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I got home. The next day, I went back to the store to exchange the merchandise for the correct size I wanted, and the very rude woman told me that no exchanges or refunds are allowed for Yeezy products, according to the store's policies. When the woman heard my not-so-good English accent, she started pretending not to understand what I was saying and told me to leave the store, saying she wouldn't change anything for me. Personally, I felt that I was treated with racism by that woman. I wish they had different people in management

Went to pay for an item that was tagged for $20 and it rang up for $30. Cashier refused to honor price on the item. That's not right. It's a bait and switch and frankly I think it's theft. Steer clear of this store. They won't honor the price as marked.

The best store ever. I always get here first, the staff is super friendly and always helps you. There are many products of excellent quality and almost given away, they have many discounts and super prices.
