The speed is very good when it is working, but it is unreliable. My biggest issue with them, is when you call customer service, they acknowledge your service is down, but can't tell you when it will be restored.

Have loved service from the start. We have just internet. The few times I had a issue they fixed it quickly or had someone out just as quick. We recently got upgraded to Fiber and it a bit quicker now. I highly recommend Zito to people when they ask me

I have never experienced such horrible service. The internet is constantly going out. I have moved my modem and still can't get my se and TV to connect. The modem is literally 10ft away from the TV. Every night the internet is interrupted and says no internet. Happens too often. Unfortunately I'm in a location where this is my only choice. If I could give zero stars I would. Something needs to be done about this company and the services they provide.

Legitimately the worst internet service provider I have ever seen and I hope they go out of business so that a better company can move in and buy them. Constant disconnects, horrendous customer service, god awful speeds. You’re better off taking your laptop to McDonald’s and using their wifi than getting Zito Media for your home.

Reliability of service is non-existing. I was a customer for 5 years and I should have dropped then 4 years ago. Constant outages, and long wait time to speak to maintenance tech. For those of you seeking an internet service please do not waist your time, money and aggavation on Zito Media.

Don't do business with Zito. It's amazing how bad they are. Had my credit card closed due to unauthorized transactions and they have charged me $60 on a $140 bill because it declined. There new internet bill pay service is still trash and new my computer is locked and I can't log out of the account. I've had to make 13 telephone calls to get them to fix it and still it's not fixed. Most of the call were just hung up on. Because the bill was paid late I was changed to slow 25 service instead of the 200 ultra speed, but they didn't tell me that and I've been trying to figure out why my service SUCKED so BAD.

The internet service is good, customer service got better it use to be horrible, and last the pay online option is trash, every time the "updated" you can't ever pay your bill

Just when you think they can't get any worse, they do. It's truly amazing how bad they are. My fiber has been out for 2 days. A tech came by and said he couldn't work on it because it's fiber. Crickets since. Their Customer service is atrocious.
