Lots of little shops on a steep hill side with terrible pavement. Steep Uneven, pot holes, gravel and crumbling asphalt make this place a nightmare for seniors to walk. Avoid this place for your health. Lots of repairs needed here in order for it to be safe

My sister and I stayed in the Green Gables cottage at the Mountain. It was super quaint and cozy, very comfortable! The bedding was clean, soft and cozy. Being in early March, it was a bit chilly at night and we had a little faux fireplace/stove that kept us toasty.Bev and her staff were so nice, hospitable and gracious. They escorted their guests up and down the hill with their golf carts as we couldn't park by our room during Trade Days weekend. But they were always prompt and so nice. We actually had a thunderstorm our first night where the city tornado sirens went off. Bev called us personally and offered for us to join them in a solid cinder block building for sheltering in place. Of course, we went! It passed quickly but we weren't alone in a new place!Would love to return and stay in another of her theme rooms!

We came to Canton to shop during Trade Days. Stayed on the Mountian. So great to stay there, shop and eat and go see Live music ob Friday night. They had live music the next night too but we had checked out. Centrally located. Neat boutique shops on The Mountain. Has a cool artsy vibe. We will stay here again next time.

Off the beaten path, extremely charming little cabin-esq place with a fantastic woodsy vibe. Owners are very nice. It was a great place to stay for the night and id love coming back again. Pet friendly.

God aweful. Are any of these buildings up to code? Everything is decayed and falling apart at the seams. There's nothing up there but over priced junk and tons of mud. People living all over like it's a bad scene from Hee Haw. No wonder it's kept a secret.

A fun family experience. This place went through some lean times due to a fire, covid, & extreme winter weather. It is now on the rebound with great new shops and restaurants.

Great place to visit and do some late night shopping. Lots of great shops & restaurants.Come stay in one of the awesome B&Rs there are many to chose from. Then shop and be very close to your room so you can rest and go out shopping again. The mountian is open : Thursday from 4 to 8 for a sip and shop. Enjoy a great wine at our winery or a great wine slushy in many great flavors. Friday it's open from 9am till 10 pm with live entertainment and shopping. Saturday from 9am to 10pm also with live entertainment and great shopping. Then finish of a great weekend with Sunday shopping to finalize those gift needs from 9am to 5pm. Fun for all ages come see us.

That's why our winery, Silver Lake Cellars, is open here every Market Weekend. We love these folks and our customers are the BEST!! Come and check out the mountain area in Canton TX. 542 E Dallas St, Canton, TX 75103 We are open until 11pm tonight then tomorrow 7am - 7 p.m. There will be tons of great music, great people, and great food. And today is Halloween so come bring the kids out and trick or treat and have tons of Halloween fun. Plus its less crowded up here. Also check out South Bound Gifts "combined with Ashmore Family's One Stop Shop" and Faith Works Designs down by the shoot out area.
