We’ve been using Texas whole sale tires for 3 years. Turned a blind eye to John’s drinking and rudeness because the prices were good and he usually made things right if there was an issue.
We have two duallys, two cars, and farm equipment that we got all of our tires through them.
Lately he has become more rude. Turns my husband away if I am not with him, and comes out with a beer in his hand. Didn’t lock the gates when we left our skid steer for him to fix the tire. He said it was a valve stem but the tire was immediately flat when we got home.
Just left from taking the tire back where he yelled at me and threw the tire on the ground. We gave him this shot because the owner said that we had spent enough money there and if John wanted to keep his job he would show respect, especially to a woman. This time when we called the owner, he said they were closing early and we could come back if we’d like. I don’t recommend doing business here unless you’re ok with a guy working on your tires that has mood swings and drinks on the job. Do not leave your equipment for another day as he doesn’t shut and lock gates any longer either.

Only gave it one dear because it wouldn't let me put zero. My husband has gone here two different times, both unpleasant experiences. First time the guy wouldn't change the tires. Second time, he went today and the guy refused to even look at the tires on the truck. He was extremely rude and lazy. Don't waste the trip.

They are the best. I went in to see if they could patch my tire that Nissan said they couldn't do,but they could have they just didn't want to work, and they was able to patch it.

Great customer service!! Had low tires, had them checked, and air put in. This is not one of those places that tries to sell you tires even if you don't need them. Definitely will be returning. Thank you so much!!

Jon here is very friendly and I like him. He has been very helpful in the past when I had issues with my tires and as well as being able to get me some used tires for farm vehicles.

Repaired my flat tire in a timely fashion at the going rate. Next morning my tire was still holding air. Friendly service with upmost good ol boy respect. I'll drive the extra distance to have work done here.

Went there for the first time about a month ago because it was on my way to where I was headed, i told them I was looking for something used about $40 to get me where I was going, they said they only had a $100 used tire that was my size, I said fine. Well the tire had a hole in it, so miraculously within 10 mins they find me a $40 tire. Then they didn't know how to take the plastic caps off the lug nuts and broke them off saying thats the only way they could get my tire changed. Which then broke my tire pressure sensor and cost me another $25 to take else where to be fixed. I was not impressed and will never be back.

Amazing customer service! He wasn't able to safely fix my tire and didn't have mine in stock so I could not get my tire taken care of there. However he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and customer oriented. Thank you Texas Wholesale Tires! I would recommend your services anytime!
