I wish I could give negative starts to this shop they charge me $700 to replace my spark plugs and wires they didn't keep a new seal on my engine so know I have a same oil leak that I never had before. Then unfortunately I had no choice but to go back to them to have my rear differential worked on took them 4 different orders to figure out my was different than most models. Was charge $2000 to only found out that they bent my back dust places up to the spot where there rubbing on my tires causing even more problems. Them being ASE certified machines is a joke.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Replaced the motor in our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in just a few days (he did say it was unusual to get one delivered that fast). It has done great so far.

The gentleman there was helpful at first and seemed with good intentions. He even said he wouldn't charge me to look under my car also, but then called demanding me to pay him for the initial first look at the car?? Some people aren't a person of word, because I'm stranded in Texas with wife and 3 kids with no hope in sight. The Lord took care of it tho.? P.s. go at own risk....

Taylor Automotive "repaired" my diesel 7.3 ford truck before I drove it to Munday Texas. 50 miles from Munday, the truck started doing exactly what it had been doing and the reason that I brought it to them to fix. I called Taylor Automotive from Munday, TX and he told me to change the part out at O'Reilly's, because they have a good warranty. There is no O'Reilly auto parts store within a 100 miles of where my repaired truck had broken down. So, I purchased a sensor and it included a pigtail electrical plug with clean contacts. I spent a cold night on the side of the highway on my way back home because of Taylor Automotive! I called a good diesel mechanic 30 miles east of where I was and he arranged for my truck to to be towed to his shop. This mechanic also mentioned that my IPR valve was weak. He said that he always changes this valve if the HPOP is changed. Taylor Automotive did not change this important valve. They had changed the HPOP on my truck last year. My truck still doesn't run despite the money I've have paid them to fix it. Now, I haven't got the money to have it repaired by a good diesel mechanic because I paid Taylor Automotive their high price to fix my truck.

This shop communicates well and is very transparent with pricing. In my experience this shop is not a shop that will leave your vehicle sitting for weeks and not even diagnose a issue, they are actively looking to find and fix the issue to get your vehicle back to you.Services: Engine repair

I’ve been taking both my vehicles to this place for a year. I purchased a f250 about 6 months ago and paid Taylor’s to change oil, filters, and all on it the day I got it. I’ve had the truck up there a few times since that day getting normal maintenance done. As of last week my truck started running sluggish. I sent it to Chambers in Ben Wheeler because it was closer and they told me my oil filters were 8 years old meaning Taylor’s didn’t change them on my oil change as they said they did but still charged for it all. I was a loyal customer but will never be bringing anything back to this place.
