Absolutely was your store. So I guess all the bad reviews is a lie. You treat your customers like trash. Like they are all out to steal your inventory. Try being nice to people.My son went in to buy Heydudes for me and my husband for Christmas. The box was tore up so he asked if they had a different box since it was a Christmas presents. The lady told my son she was NOT getting him a box but that he was more than welcome to go dig one out of the trash. They went back and forth and finally the male come and realized he was purchasing 2 pair of Hey dudes and made the lady go dig a box out of the trash.These people are awful. My family buys alit from that place and we will NEVER shop there again. We will also spread the word.

Went in today on labor day. I was never greeted coming in the door. The only time the man behind the counter spoke to me was to tell me my total. I will not be coming back.

My husband and I went to the store for the first time and spent a lot of money. My husband tried on several pairs of pants. When he found the pair he wanted he decided to get another pair. He accidentally picked up the wrong size (we were trying to hurry they were about to close). He tried to take them back. He had the receipt but the tags were taken off the pants. The owner told him he couldn’t exchange them because the tags were taken off. He said the owner was rude. They just lost our business

Owner is very helpful and friendly. Great selection of clothes, shoes, boots, and Hey Dude shoes! They carry Ariat, Columbia, and more. A great find!

My husband loved this store and spent hundreds here until today. I walked in with my two little ones in my bulky double stroller to buy my husband’s Christmas present. While I was looking at a hoodie the male employee (possibly the owner) walked up to me and asked me to stay in the middle isle and not to go into my bag because they have had issues with theft. He said it loud enough for everyone to hear. I was HUMILIATED and unfortunately let my anxiety get the best off my and I simply walked out.I was the only person he told anything like this to.We definitely will not be shopping here anymore, I rather wait on an online order from grunt style than give my business to a place who sees me as a thief.
