“I was helped right away when I entered the store. Everyone was so friendly. I spent all day in Tyler at several popular stores unsuccessfully trying to find wide width shoes. Shoe Sensation in Canton has a great selection of shoes in wide width! I will definitely be back!!”

“Wow. Absolutely wow. Talk about customer service. So my son tells me last minute that his baseball cleats are too small and are hurting him when he runs. Of course he tells me this 45 minutes before we’re supposed to be in Van for a baseball game. So we rush over to Hibbett sports and jump out of the truck and I guess the female manager ( she is the real nice one of the glasses. I asked her name but I cannot remember. She was the one working on Tuesday, May 2nd @ 6:30pm) there had already seen us rushing to the door l and by the time we open the store door, she was already coming back from behind the desk and asked us what it is we’re looking for, what color and what size. She takes us strait to a pair of shoes picks them up, put them on my sons feet and then says “I’m assuming by your uniforms you’ve got a game so you will be wearing them out”. Put his old shoes in the box and then checked us out. AND THE NIKES WERE ONLY $32.00!!!!!! I kid you not from the time we stepped out of the truck and got back in the truck. It was no longer than five minutes. We actually got to the field before warm-ups with time to spare all because of her amazing customer service. Customer service is very hard to come by these days so I promise you that for that reason and that reason alone, I will be going there from now on to purchase all of my shoes for all four of my children, my wife and myself from now on. I’m not one to leave a review, but I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due and this girl deserves all the credit. She did a fantastic job, she saw a need and met it. I pray you are reading this, and from the bottom of mine and my son’s heart, we thank you for taking care of us and getting us to our destination on time.”
