Potts has been awesome to work with. I recently built a new home and they helped me with everything from determining what size tank was needed and the proper location for it, to hooking up all of my gas appliances. It was all done professionally and in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Scheduled my tank fill up lady told me it would be tomorrow morning. Took the morning off waited till 1:45pm to call the office man said we will be there later today here it is 9:16 pm no calls and no show guess I'll have to call someone else.

They don't care about your property or animals. We just had a delivery from Potts , they left the front gate to our property wide open so our dog could get out. Then he went to the back gate and left it wide open and my husband told him we had horses back there and didn't want them out. So they got out and we had to chase them down. We are in our 60's and 70's. Last year when Potts delivered gas they left the front gate open and our dog got out and we haven't seen him since! He is old , half blind and deaf. I called to complain and they could have cared less. Told me we had to be there next time and open and close all gates our selfs. We have been here over 20 years and we have never had to do that. When I said maybe we should change gas carriers, she seemed delighted ,with no apologies. We have requested the tank to be repainted twice to no avail. All we wanted was some propane.

Canton, TX 75103 at this location I had an excellent customer service and the team was very adaptive to accommodate fueling my Vehicles!!!! I fueled a Van and the quality of fuel was excellent. Perfect location between Houston and Sulfur Springs.

I called Potts as a new client. They delivered my propane promptly. Eric was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure there were no leaks or other problems. Prior to using Potts we used Amerigas. Never again! Potts is so much better. Thank you Eric.

I bought an additional tank for our land with a transfer hose to fill our smaller bottles. Richard, John and Jon came out to do the install and the hookup. My wife and I found these guys to be excellent on all levels of customer service. Friendly, expertly knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful with tips and pointers. They were caring and authentic. A real blessing these days!

I always get my cylinders filled at Potts. When I leave, I know they are always full. I made the mistake of swapping my cylinder one time from one of those places with a cage full of cylinders. It was short a whole gallon! Potts gas always fills mine by putting them on the scales and weighing them. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. They are one of the very few businesses left that still answer their phones with a real person! When I go there, they know me by my name and are always friendly to visit with. They will always get my business!

This is a Propane Supply Company I go over there when I need propane tanks filled they have always been very courteous and fast and their prices are reasonable

It started off good. Called them before heading out from Athens. All propane supply was closed there. They said they closed at noon but to hurry and come. I get there after immediately leaving. The door was locked and they were inside. Instead of opening the door they just shook their heads. I wouldn’t be leaving this review had they not said to come. Sad because it started off with them going above and beyond and turned into a 1.5 hour waste of time and still no propane.
