“If I could give 10 stars I would. My daughter was having trouble with her phone. We went in to the store at 5:45, store closes at 7. Katie Wyatt called customer service for us and sat on the line with them for almost 2 hours. The store was supposed to close and John Andress called his manager to get permission to stay for us to get our issue solved. These two employees went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore. We are so appreciative to both of these employees.”
