“Most of the First Responders in East Texas use AT&T for a reason, and it's not because of their customer service either. There's a long history of why AT&T cell service is the best, do your own research on that subject. But as far as this corporate store the employees are extremely nice and they take their time with the customers, especially with the elderly. Having a problem with your phone, they go above and beyond to help figure it out. And when AT&T screws up your bill, and they will, the employees will do their best from what they are allowed to do to correct it.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. My daughter was having trouble with her phone. We went in to the store at 5:45, store closes at 7. Katie Wyatt called customer service for us and sat on the line with them for almost 2 hours. The store was supposed to close and John Andress called his manager to get permission to stay for us to get our issue solved. These two employees went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore. We are so appreciative to both of these employees.”
“The staff was friendly and got us in and out of there quickly. We were needing to buy multiple phones for our kids first phones and they didn’t have enough in stock. They called around until they found a store that had the 3rd one we needed and made arrangements to have it sent to their store. Highly recommend”
