I waited 45 minutes to be told they didn’t have oil for my car. I had made appointment 4 days prior, oil should have been ordered when I made appointment, I will find another place to go!

Everyone there was down to earth and friendy. No pressure on my purchase. They were also very fast. I have spent half a day on paperwork in other dealerships. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Chamar was our sales representative when we went to the car lot to look at a vehicle that we had seen on line. He was very courteous and polite. He went out of his way to get the vehicle that we wanted. He was very nice

I highly recommend I20Dodge! I bought my truck there in 2016 and have visited regularly for service, maintenance, tires, etc. The staff are also so friendly & helpful.

The service at this place is amazing. I sent my vehicle in for the engine not cutting off when removing key. Within 3 days of dropping my vehicle off, I was getting a call that they had diagnosed my problem & my truck was ready for pickup! I can’t say enough good about this place from the service advisor to the master tech at the facility your vehicle is in great hands here!

This place will not honor online pricing. They have a 2022 Galdiator that my wife and I really liked. I emailed back and forth with a salesman (Ron) about the jeep. He was very helpful until it came down to the drive-out price.
I wasn't trying to haggle their posted online price that's listed on multiple sites. I just needed to know the total with tax and title to tell my personal credit union. Ron then came back telling me they couldn't sell it to me at the listed price unless I used them for financing. That's also means they probably have atrocious interest rates that they will make a bunch of money on.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT HONOR PRICING THEY POST. ZERO DISCLAIMERS ABOUT THIS EITHER.
