We had a fantastic experience here buying a used '23 Bronco Sport for our daughter. Jimmy Mihlan was a huge help and accommodating, as was the rest of the crew there. We live about 2 hours from Canton Ford, but they had the Bronco Sport that we wanted and had it priced incredibly competitively. Jimmy was more than willing to take extra pictures and video of the vehicle for us so we could really shop it out without driving all the way out there. We were able to start the buying process over the phone and email so that when we finally arrived later in the week we were in and out relatively quickly with a new used car. They even stayed late for us. Looking forward to to hopefully buying a big Bronco from Jimmy here soon! Highly recommended!

I had a weird experience. Made an appt at 3 and didn't leave until around 4:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told that I had a screw in my front tire, but they couldn't patch it, so I'm having another mechanic do it. Also, a very friendly employee sat and talked to me, I thought was sweet until I realized he was hitting on me and I had to tell him I was married. Shouldn't have to deal with feeling uncomfortable being a woman at a professional business.

I came in with a sensor problem and a low battery in my FOB while traveling. All 3 gentlemen at the service counter were amazing and got me back on the road for the cost of a FOB battery!!!!! Amazing people!!!!

He answered all my questions thoroughly, and when additional clarification was needed, he conducted the necessary research to provide me with accurate information. Both Kevin and John were instrumental in helping me achieve my financial goals, making the purchase process smooth and stress-free. I’m particularly impressed with Ford’s program for making their trucks affordable, which allowed me to purchase a slightly used F-150 Lightning that perfectly suits my family, work, and business needs. Additionally, Alex and the service team went above and beyond by assisting me in removing some attachments from my previous vehicle. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the exceptional service and professionalism at Ford Canton.

To all the world! My experience buying a car trading old for newer has gone much better than expected. Kevin Castillo reached out to me asking about my recent inquiries on line. He was very helpful inviting me to the dealership, which was a longer drive for me. I bought a really nice used vehicle. I noticed a noise from the suspension. I brought it back. They found the issue and didn’t hesitate to make it right. We felt completely supported throughout this process. Providing me with a vehicle to drive while it was being fixed. The experience was amazing. So amazing I decided to see what might happen with doing a deal on my other vehicle I wanted to trade for a better one.i bought and received the same treatment. I recently bought a 2024 F-150 from Canton Ford. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I made an appointment with Kevin Costillo to look at the truck and he covered everything from top to bottom. There was zero pressure to make the purchase, he just delivered the exact info I was needing to make an informed decision. Completing the purchase and financing was extremely easy with Mr. John Bragg. I’m not used to this kind of service when buying a new vehicle but everything worked out perfect.
