Service usually comes and goes at this location. Today I had a long day at work, came to pick up my prescription and still managed to smile and be polite with the lady who looked like she had a rough day. Not sure if they are short on staff or what, but I had customers scream at me today, and still I left them to leave with a smile. Customer service is Just not what it used to be. Working as hard as we do for the little money we get nowadays, I don’t just wanna spend it anywhere. Sorry cvs canton

I prefer CVS over Walmart for replenishing my vitamin supplements, and this location is right on Highways 19 and 243, making it an ideal place for a quick in-and-out stop when I'm on the go. Their selection of greeting cards and gifts is also expansive, and the staff has always been so unswervingly pleasant and helpful that I never see any reason to hesitate in asking for their help or advice and I won't use the Self Check-Outs unless I absolutely must. Until next time, CVS!

Friendly, helpful staff. But always slow in the pharmacy. Plus, they all take a lunch break at 1 time. 1:30-2:30 pm. Instead of shutting whole pharmacy down at one time. Do a staggered break. Half of pharmacy staff take a lunch break at 12:30-1:30. The other half at 1:30-2:30. That way there's always someone there to help. Very inconvenient break design right now. Fix this please.

The CVS Team in Canton are top notch always providing helpful assistance with a smile. The sales specials found weekly make my regular trip a no brainer. Would highly recommend.

We are greeted professionally. We are constantly asked if we need to confer with the pharmacist. CVS takes Medicaid and Medicare along with private insurance. You can buy medical equipment and first aid supplies.

They close at 6pm. Was there at 5:45. 2 people were in front of me. A lady(assuming one of the pharmacy people) came behind my car and stopped another person from lining up. Cool, I figured they didn’t want any more customers. The next person gets handled and I was next. Right at 6pm. I kid you not. The lady behind me leaves immediately and the blinds close… leaving me in the dust. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least have the decency to tell me I’m wasting my time waiting… CANNOT wait for another pharmacy to open up. Will make sure to stop using this place. 1 star for sure.
